All payments for services must be settled in full on the day of your appointment. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to allergic reactions or loss of lashes.
- Rescheduling: If you wish to change the date of your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
- Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the booking fee.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be automatically cancelled, and the booking fee will not be refunded.
